We want you to be completely satisfied with your Amelie Shower Mixer; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return the full kit within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, uninstalled condition and include all components and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the Amelie Shower Mixer kit in its original box, ensuring all valves, handles, and hardware are securely wrapped to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the kit for completeness, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
